At EVVYE, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene reasons, period underwear can only be returned if it is:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received

Products that have been worn, washed or show signs of use cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that your payment provider may require several business days to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

• A damaged item
• An incorrect product
• A manufacturing defect

EVVYE will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Washed products
• Products without original packaging
• Gift cards, where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photographs of:

• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label

This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.
