EVVYE does not directly store your complete card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Shipping
Where does EVVYE currently ship?
At launch, EVVYE ships to Portugal and Spain.
We plan to expand to additional European destinations in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Portugal and Spain costs €6.90.
Standard shipping is free on orders over €50.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time to Portugal and Spain is 4–7 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery estimates may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after dispatch.
Returns and Support
Can I return my EVVYE order?
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the requirements described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, some products may only be eligible for return when they remain unused, unworn and in their original condition.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
