Welcome to EVVYE. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EVVYE. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of certain EVVYE products, specific return conditions may apply. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing or returning a product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or legal guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Portuguese or European Union consumer law.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order through our online store, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing errors, product unavailability or incorrect information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@evvye.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when the order is placed, except in the case of an obvious error.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, eligible return requests must be made within 14 days, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, restrictions may apply to products that have been opened, worn, washed, used or otherwise made unsuitable for resale, where such restrictions are permitted under applicable law.
Customers should therefore review our Refund Policy before opening or using a product if they may wish to return it.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate the online store, but purchases made through the EVVYE store are transactions between the customer and EVVYE, not between the customer and Shopify.

Personal information collected through our Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
